Golden Spuds Recipe
Ingredients:
6 lg. red potatoes, cubed or quartered1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
Cooking Directions:
Combine flour, cheese, and pepper. Peel and cube or quarter potatoes. Put in cold water; drain. Put flour mixture in plastic bag, add damp potatoes. Shake until potatoes are coated. Grease pan with butter. Add potatoes in single layer. Do not stack. Pour 1/3 cup melted butter over top. Season top with Lawry's seasoned salt. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
