Pepperoni Spuds Recipe
Ingredients:
4 med. baking potatoes1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with meat
1 (7 or 8 oz.) can corn, drained
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Cooking Directions:
Bake potatoes in microwave oven. When tender, remove and cut a deep slit across the top of each.While potatoes are cooking, prepare sauce. Combine spaghetti sauce, corn and pepperoni. Cook until heated.
