Sour Cream Spuds Recipe
Ingredients:
1 bag O'Brien frozen diced potatoes1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Minced onion 1/4 to 1/2 c.
Garlic and salt and pepper to taste
French Fried onions or crushed potato chips for topping is optional
Cooking Directions:
Mix everything together. Bake in an oblong baking dish (9 x 13), slightly greased. Top potato mixture with cheese before baking, (optional: also cover with the fried onion or crushed chips).Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes until top begins to bubble and edges begin browning. Delicious!
