Cornish Crock Pot Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Cornish game hens1 pkg. pecan rice
1 1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Place rice in crockpot; stir well. Place Cornish hen on top of rice. Add salt and pepper. Cook on low setting for 6 hours. (Can be cooked all day if you go to work.)Other Recipes you might like:
