Pam's Egg Brunch Recipe

Ingredients:

12 slices bread
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
10 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked
2 c. chopped ham
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. instant diced onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Cooking Directions:

Use donut cutter and cut holes out of the 12 slices of bread (in the center). Save donuts and crumble rest of bread, crust and holes into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer on top cheese, broccoli, and chopped ham. Put donuts on top. Mix together rest of ingredients and pour over top of donuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes before cutting.
