Fried Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs. fillets1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. cornmeal
Cooking oil
Cooking Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Combine beaten egg and milk. Dip fish in this mixture, then in cornmeal. Use a deep kettle with a frying basket and enough hot oil to cover fish. Place a layer of fish in the frying basket and cook to an even golden brown for about 3 to 5 minutes. Raise basket, remove fish, and drain on absorbent paper.Other Recipes you might like:
