Easy Roast In Foil Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (2-3 lb.) chuck roast1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
4 potatoes, quartered
4 carrots, quartered
Cooking Directions:
Trim fat from meat. Combine mushroom soup and dry mix; spread over roast. Cover pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Add potatoes and carrots. Cover, cook about 1-1 1/2 hours. Serves 8-12.Other Recipes you might like:
