Sausage And Potatoes In Foil Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs. mild smoked pork sausage (lg. link)4 lg. potatoes, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 onions, coarsely chopped
Salt, pepper, and butter as desired
Cooking Directions:
Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces. Arrange sausage and potatoes, shish-kebob style, on foil. Place excess potatoes on side. Sprinkle with mushrooms and onions; season to taste. Dot with pieces of butter. Wrap tightly and bake for 45 minutes. Serves about 6. Can be baked in oven - 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Good for working on merit badge.Other Recipes you might like:
