Fruit Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 med. cantaloupe, cut into 1" cubes1 1/2 c. strawberries, hulled
3 kiwi fruits, cut into 1" cubes
1 c. seedless grapes
2 lg. bananas, cut into 1/2" slices
3 lg. dried or fresh figs, sliced
6-12" bamboo skewers
1 c. low fat vanilla yogurt
Cooking Directions:
Thread cantaloupe, strawberries, kiwi, grapes, bananas and figs on skewers. Put vanilla yogurt into small individual bowls. Dip fruit kabobs in yogurt.Other Recipes you might like:
