Granola Fruit Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. granola2 c. assorted fresh fruit, cut into bite - sized pieces (apples, bananas, cantaloupe and - or pineapple)
1/2 c. fruit flavored yogurt
Cooking Directions:
Place granola in shallow bowl. Insert toothpick into each piece of fruit; dip into yogurt, coating all sides. Roll in granola, coating completely. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.Other Recipes you might like:
