Grilled Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
Fish fillets (whitefish, halibut, pike)butter
Fresh marjoram
Cooking Directions:
For each serving, place a piece of fish on a piece of aluminum foil. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon marjoram. Fold foil tightly over fish. Place on grill over medium to medium high coals and grill until done.Other Recipes you might like:
