Grilled Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

4 tomatoes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried onion flakes
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Directions:

Cut tomatoes in half. Mix well the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion and salt and pepper. Cover tomatoes with mixture. Place in oven 350 degrees for about 5 minutes, until heated through. Broil 30 seconds or until top is browned (watch carefully). Can make ahead and refrigerate, then heat about 8 minutes before broiling. Great with a steak.
