Ham Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. ham, cut into 1 inch cubes1 lb. bell pepper, cut in squares
1 (8 oz.) can whole onions, drained
1 (10 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes
1/2 lb. whole mushrooms
1 c. apricot preserves
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Cooking Directions:
Combine preserves, ketchup, and soy sauce. One eight 12 inch skewers, alternate ham, pepper, onions, pineapple, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Broil kabobs until browned on all sides, basting with preserve mixture. Serve over rice. Garnish with remaining pineapple chunks. Serves 4.Other Recipes you might like:
