Mock Ham Loaf Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger1/2 lb. hot dogs (ground)
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. water
Cooking Directions:
Cook brown sugar, dry mustard with water for about 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Use half sugar sauce and mix with meat. Pour remainder of sauce over top of meat mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.Other Recipes you might like:
