Smoked Turkey Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lg. turkey (18-22 lbs.)3 lbs. melted butter
Season to taste (salt, pepper, garlic)
1 pkg. cheese cloth
1 lg. aluminum pan
1 bag charcoal
1 bag hickory chips
Cooking Directions:
Soak chips in water for 30 minutes. Build fire in covered barbeque grill and when coals turn white put on the soaked chips.Other Recipes you might like:
