Michelle's Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

1 thick skinned lemon
1 thick skinned orange
3/4 c. mixed salad and olive oil
1 clove split garlic
1 (1 1/2 inch thick) chuck steak
Salt and fresh pepper

Cooking Directions:

Cut fruit in slices. Heat in oil with garlic until rind is brown, 5-8 minutes.

Pierce steak all over with fork. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer. Cover with hot oil mixture. Marinate 4-5 hours or longer, if desired. Grill over charcoal. Season with salt and pepper.
