Meat And Cheese Loaf Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lb. lean ground beef1 1/2 c. diced sharp cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery salt
1 c. dry bread crumbs.
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into loaf. This recipe can make 1 large or 2 small loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Loaf can be eaten warm and is also delicious cold. This is a very moist meat loaf.Other Recipes you might like:
