Pork With Peanut Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. whipping cream1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1/4 stick butter
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper (add more or less depending to taste)
Cubed pork tenderloin and 1 lg. sliced onion
Cooking Directions:
Stir in saucepan on low heat.Saute:
Cubed pork tenderloin and 1 lg. sliced onion
Pour sauce over pork on a bed of white rice.
