Roast Loin Of Pork Recipe
Ingredients:
3 1/2 lb. pork loin roast1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram, crushed
Fresh parsley (opt.)
Cooking Directions:
Rub roast with mixture of onion salt, marjoram and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place pork, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast uncovered at 350 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serves 4 to 6 people.Other Recipes you might like:
