1 med. porterhouse steak, 1 1/2 inches thick, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 1 med. can tomatoes, 2 tsp. oregano
3. Porterhouse Relish
6 red tomatoes, 6 green tomatoes, 6 onions, 3 green peppers, 1/3 c. salt
4. Hamburgers A La Uncle Bill
1 small onion, finely chopped, 2 cups Portobello mushroom caps chopped small, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 teaspoon Lindbergh-Snider porterhouse & roast seasoning, 1 lb lean ground beef
