Hamburgers A La Uncle Bill Recipe
Ingredients:
1 small onion, finely chopped2 cups Portobello mushroom caps chopped small
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon Lindbergh-Snider porterhouse & roast seasoning
1 lb lean ground beef
Cooking Directions:
Sauté onion and mushrooms in olive oil until soft. Stir Lindbergh-Snider Seasoning into mixture and let cool. By hand, mix together sautéed mixture with meat and form into patties.Submitted by: Bill Flanagan
