Smore Bar Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (7 oz.) milk chocolate bar, melted
2 c. miniature marshmallows
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add combined flour and crumbs, mix well. Press onto bottom of greased 9-inch square pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Spread chocolate over crust. Top with marshmallows. Broil 4 inches from heat source 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
