Smores Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c. chocolate chips6 long graham crackers, broken in half
6 large marshmallows, torn in half
Cooking Directions:
Preheat to 400 degrees (205 degrees C) cover a cookie sheet with foil, shinny side down. Melt in a small saucepan or a double boiler over low heat: 1/4 cup chocolate chips.Set out (6 long graham crackers broken in half), 6 large marshmallows, torn in half. Separate the crackers into 2 equal sticks. Spread melted chocolate on only half the crackers. Do not use other crackers yet.
Place a marshmallow half on top of each chocolate cover cracker. Place these crackers on the foiled cookie sheet. You are still not ready to use the other crackers.
Bake 3 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and browned. Remove cookie sheet from oven. Now top with remaining crackers. Bake until top crackers are warm about 1 minute more.
Wash dishes. Dry dishes. Finish clean up.
