1. Rudy's Pineapple Kabobs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Rudy's Farm sausage links, 1 can chunk pineapple, well drained, Toothpicks, Brown sugar

2. Kabob Pockets
smoked sausage, beef, chicken, or pork, your favorite vegetables, suggestions: potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, cabbage, onion, cooking spray

3. Honey Glazed Sausage Kabobs
1 lg. onion, 1 lg. green pepper, 1 lg. can of pineapple chunks, 1 pkg. sausage links (24 or more), 1 c. pineapple juice, reserved from can of pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. honey, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. dry mustard

4. Sweet-sour Sausage Kabobs
1 can (5 3/4 oz.) pineapple tidbits, 1/4 c. water, 1/4 c. vinegar, 1 env. (2 oz.) sweet-sour sauce mix, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) brown-and-serve link sausages, halved, 1 can (1 lb.) whole onions, 1 lg. green pepper, seeded and cut into 12 squares

2 1/2 lbs. Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage or Polska Kielbasa, 1/2 c. apricot preserves, 3 tbsp. Glueden spicy brown mustard, 1 tbsp. lemon juice



6. Grilled Sausage With Apples & Onions
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1 inch chunks, 2 sm. apples, cored & cut into quarters, 2 sm. onions, cut into quarters, 2 tbsp. apple jelly, 1 tbsp. butter

12 oz. pkg. smoked sausage links, cut into quarters, 8 1/4 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained, Cherry tomatoes, Kraft Barbecue Sauce

8. Sweet And Sour Sausage Kabobs
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage links, any variety, cut into bite-size pieces, 1/3 c. honey, 1/4 c. spicy brown mustard, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tsp. ground ginger, 2 med. bell peppers, cut into bite-size pieces (1 red, 1 green), 8 pearl onions (or small onion wedges), 8 mushroom caps, 1 med. zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces

9. Sweet And Sour Sausage Kabobs
1 lb. fully cooked Kielbasa sausage, cut into 20 pieces, 2 red cooking apples, each cut in 10 wedges, 1 lg. green pepper, cut into 10 strips, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 2/3 c. apple juice, 1/4 c. cider vinegar, 1 tsp. grated orange peel, optional

10. Sausage Spicy Kabobs
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. smoked sausage, sliced 1-inch thick, 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing
