1. Plum Sauce (for Ribs Or Pork Roast)
2 c. catsup, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce, 2 tbsp. sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced, 1/2 tbsp. salt, 2 tbsp. liquid smoke, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/3 c. cider vinegar

Tequila, 2 oz. Worcestershire sauce, 1 oz. liquid smoke

1/2 c. tomato puree, 1/4 c. dry sherry wine, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1 clove garlic, finely minced, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. liquid smoke, 1/2 tsp. white pepper, 1/2 c. cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. barbecue spice, 1 c. ketchup, 1/4 c. salad oil, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. sugar

1/3 c. catsup, 1/3 c. oil, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. onion powder

4 - 6 lb. pork country style ribs, cut 1 inch thick, Water, 3 cloves garlic, chopped, 32 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. original Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp. hickory liquid smoke, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 c. catsup 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper

8. Bar-b-q Ribs
2 onions, 1 bell pepper, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 3 tbsp. vinegar, 3/4 bottle catsup, Salt, pepper, garlic salt, 1 or more tsp. liquid smoke, Dash of celery salt

9. Barbequed Ribs
1 can tomato soup, 1/2 sm. bottle catsup, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. paprika, 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder, 2 med. onions, sliced, 2 tbsp. liquid smoke, Salt and pepper to taste

10. Bar-b-q Ribs
1 c. drippings, 1 c. catsup, 1/2 c. vinegar, 2 1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. celery seed, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 5 drops Tabasco sauce, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. BBQ seasoning, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. liquid smoke, 1 sm. onion, chopped
