Smoked Turkey Pate Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. diced cooked turkey1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. softened butter
3/4 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. Cognac or brandy
Crackers of your choice or raw apple and vegetable slices
Cooking Directions:
In blender or food processor with steel blade, combine and process turkey and walnuts until finely chopped. Add butter, butter, liquid smoke and liqueur; process until a smooth paste is formed. Add mayonnaise until of desired consistency. Spoon into small bowl or crock; cover and refrigerate several hours. Serve with crackers and/or apple and vegetable slices.Other Recipes you might like:
