Smoked Turkey Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
Carcass and skin from smoked turkey1 lg. onion
5-6 ribs celery
1 lg. bag dried split green peas
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Cover bones and skin with water in a large pot. Simmer for about 1 hour. Remove bones and skins from broth. Leave meat in broth. Add other ingredients and simmer 3 hours. Add more water or canned chicken broth if needed. Easy.Other Recipes you might like:
