Smoked Turkey Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. salt1 c. Tender Quick
1 gal. water
4 to 5 tbsp. liquid smoke
12 lbs. turkey
Cooking Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Immerse turkey with first 4 ingredients. Cover and store 24 hours in refrigerator or marinate 2 to 3 days. Rinse and dry. Rub with salad oil. Cook 4 hours or until done in 350 degree oven.Other Recipes you might like:
