Smoked Turkey Recipe
Ingredients:
15-18 lb. turkeyCooking Directions:
Marinate in: 1 c. Tenderquick salt 1 gallon water(I put them in a garbage bag into a cooler or refrigerator.) Marinate 24 hours. Then cook 12 hours at 200 degrees, wrapped tightly in foil.
