Marinade - Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar
2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. ginger root, grated or minced

Cooking Directions:

Mix ingredients well. Meat should marinate overnight for best flavor. This marinade goes well with beef, chicken, veal, lamb or pork. Flavor is exceptional when cooked over charcoal fire.
