Marinated Cod Teriyaki Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. dry sherry
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
10 oz. cod fillets
Cooking Directions:
In small bowl combine teriyaki sauce, water, sherry, garlic and ginger. Arrange fillets in 8x8 inch glass baking dish and pour teriyaki mixture over fillets; turn fish over to coat other side. Cover dish; refrigerate for 1 hour. Microwave marinated fillets, uncovered, on high until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.Other Recipes you might like:
