Chinese Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c. quick brown rice, cooked (makes 8 c.)2 c. cut up turkey (1 lg. leg), cooked & jellied broth from pan
2 cans cream of chicken & mushroom soup, undiluted
2 cans cut green beans with most of juice
1 med. onion, chopped
Cooking Directions:
Mix and bake in greased 8"x12" casserole dish in moderate oven for 30 minutes. Garnish well with dry Chinese noodles.Other Recipes you might like:
