Turkey Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

4 or 5 turkey legs
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. sweet pickle, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Cooking Directions:

Boil turkey until it can easily be removed from the home. Chop. Mix turkey, celery, pickle, eggs, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Use more or less mayonnaise as desired. Serve as main meat dish or sandwiches. Save broth. Season and cook noodles, rice or stuffing.
