Turkey Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
4 - 5 turkey legs1 lg. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Allspice
6 peppercorns
3 eggs
Flour
Water
Salt
Cooking Directions:
Put turkey legs in large soup kettle. Bring to a boil, then simmer. Put in onion and spices. For noodles, mix eggs, flour, water and salt. Roll out flat. Cut into 1/2 inch strips. Put over the back of chairs, over waxed paper. Leave 3 hours. Put into soup. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes until noodles are done. Go heavy on allspice.Other Recipes you might like:
