Aioli Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 eggs5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cooking Directions:
Sauce for seafood. Separate yolks and whisk yolks with mustard and garlic in a bowl. Add oil drop by drop, beating continuously until half of oil is used. Add lemon juice a little at a time and remaining oil, still beating.Other Recipes you might like:
