Aioli Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients:
1 egg white5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. olive oil
Cooking Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine egg white, garlic, vinegar, salt and mustard. With machine running, add olive oil 1 tablespoon at a time. Makes 1/2 cup.Other Recipes you might like:
