Beef Broccoli Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/4 c. milk
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 beaten egg
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
Pastry, 9 inch double
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

Cooking Directions:

Brown onion and beef. Add flour, salt and garlic salt. Add milk and cream cheese, simmer until thickened. Add beaten egg and stir until well blended. Stir in cooked broccoli. Pour into lightly browned pie shell. Cover mixture with slices of Monterey Jack cheese and top with upper crust. Perforate crust and brush with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
