Grape Parfait Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. grape gelatin1 c. hot grape juice
2/3 c. cold water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 ripe bananas
1 baked and cooled 9 in. pastry shell
Cooking Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot grape juice. add cold water and lemon juice. Add vanilla ice cream, cut in 6 chunks. Stir until melted. Chill until mixture mounds when spooned (about 45 minutes). Slice 1 banana over bottom of pie shell. Top with layer of filling. Slice another banana over this layer. Top with remaining filling. Chill until firm.Other Recipes you might like:
