Easy Grasshopper Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream
Creme de menthe
1 chocolate ready made pie crust
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cooking Directions:

Mix ice cream with several tablespoons of creme de menthe (the more, the better). Pour into chocolate pie crust. Freeze. Top with chocolate topping made by melting chocolate chips.
