Grandma Kling's Grasshopper Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
18 vanilla filled Oreo cookies, rolled fine2 tbsp. butter, softened
25 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. whipping cream
5 tbsp. creme de menthe
Extra cream or Cool Whip
Cooking Directions:
Mix cookies and butter and press into a dish. In a double boiler melt marshmallows and milk and cool to almost cold. Fold marshmallow mixture with cream and creme de menthe. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip and maraschino cherry with stem. Can decorate on top with cookie crumbs.Other Recipes you might like:
