Sugar Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Carnation milk
2 pie shells and pastry to make lattice tops

Cooking Directions:

Mix sugar and flour well. Blend egg, butter, and vanilla and add to the sugar and flour mixture. Add Carnation milk, stirring until the mixture has a creamy consistency. Put into pie shell. Make a lattice top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Makes 2 pies.
