Speedy Lime Pie (or Parfait) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into chunks
1 (29 oz.) can pears, drained
Cooking Directions:
Dissolve Jello in hot water. Chill until almost set. Place in bottom of blender, add cream cheese and pears. Blend at low speed and gradually beat at high. Pour into 9-inch graham cracker crust. Chill several hours. Serves 6 generously. Any flavor Jello can be used for a holiday touch.Other Recipes you might like:
