Frozen Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. chocolate graham crumbs1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. crushed peanut brittle
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 oz. semi sweet chocolate
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tps. vanilla
Cooking Directions:
Melt peanut butter and butter. Mix and press into 9" greased pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Chill.FILLING:
1 qt. vanilla ice cream1 c. crushed peanut brittle1/2 c. peanut butter
Layer soft ice cream, peanut brittle and soft peanut butter. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
SAUCE:
2 oz. semi sweet chocolate1/2 c. milk1/2 c. brown sugar1/3 c. peanut butter1/2 tps. vanilla
Heat, stirring. Serve warm over pie.
