Pie Shell Pastry Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. plain flour1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. plus 1 tbsp. shortening
2 to 3 tbsp. cold water
Cooking Directions:
Measure flour and salt in bowl. Cut in shortening. Sprinkle in water until dough leaves bowl. Roll out and place in pan. Makes 2 to 9 inch pie shells.Other Recipes you might like:
