Plum Nectarine Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
9-inch pie crust3 c. nectarines, pitted and chopped
2 c. red plums, pitted and chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 oz. chilled butter, cubed
1 c. flour
Cooking Directions:
Mix fruit and dry ingredients and place into crust. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Make streusel top as follows:
1/2 c. brown sugar1 tsp. cinnamon4 oz. chilled butter, cubed1 c. flour
Mix flour, cinnamon and sugar. Cut the butter in as for pie dough. Put this topping on top of the fruit. Bake for 1 hour.
