Plum Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 qt. fresh plums, sliced1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. quick-cooking tapioca
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
9-inch pie shell
Cooking Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients, then gently stir in the sliced plums. When well mixed, pour into pie shell. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Add a strip top pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Freezes well.Other Recipes you might like:
