Plum Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

3 c. pitted fresh Italian plums
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
Recipe for 2 crust pastry

Cooking Directions:

Combine plums, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and salt. Line pie pan with pastry, add filling, dot with butter and cover with top crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer, or until plums are tender. Can do ahead and freeze. Delicious!
