Plum Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

Pastry for 9 inch 2-crust pie
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour + 2 tbsp.
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. plums

Cooking Directions:

Mix above ingredients and put in pie shell. Sprinkle with: 2 tbsp. butter

Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until done at 425 degrees. May need to put foil over edges.
