Creamy Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. pumpkin1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
Cooking Directions:
Cook above ingredients until thick, stirring constantly. Pour into baked pastry shell. Cover with meringue made by whipping 2 egg whites and bake just long enough for meringue to turn light brown. Or do not bake if using whipped cream instead of meringue.Other Recipes you might like:
