Pumpkin Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c. white sugar2 tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. Pet milk (undiluted)
1 c. cooked pumpkin
2 egg yolks (slightly beaten)
Cooking Directions:
Mix sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, ginger and salt. Stir in milk, pumpkin and egg yolks (can use 1 or 2 whole eggs if you are not going to use meringue). Cook in a double boiler over boiling water until thick, stirring constantly. Pour in a 9 inch baked pastry shell. Top with meringue or Cool Whip.Other Recipes you might like:
